Under the Sea (one week, afternoons)

Service Description

Using watercolour and mixed media we will be exploring the sea and the creatures that inhabit the depths. This course offers an opportunity to explore watercolour techniques such as creating texture, the difference between wet-in-wet and wet-in-dry, what 'value' means and how we use it. A great opportunity to explore different media as well as getting to grips with watercolour, we will also look at pictures of the sea itself and how we can create movement in our waves. All materials supplied.
